Andy Dixon Ex-Con with Convictions, a recovered ex-con with convictions who spent 27 years of an illegal life without parole sentence and is 3rd generation in his family to be incarcerated. We read about things, bad things that happen to other people and some times we are those other people. The BreakOUT tours mission is to create a conversation, bringing together the stakeholders, kids, parents, teacher, educators, counselors, legislators, criminal justice system, police depts, judges, lawyers, and concerned citizens in local communities to think about the future of the future and revinventing society and the prison of the mind that leads to the prison of the body and mind that gets kids who are at risk down the road into knocking on your door, into trouble and into prison too – we will look at issues and actions in an intimate relaxed conversational salon type setting mixed with original music and talk. – please listen to 15 min example of what a typical evening conversation might look like (below or) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSd5FaJY0bo – I recorded and edited a collage song medely excertped from our conversation – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPaylZqMNQg

The BreakOUT tour is a social sculputre experiment – we are asking people to help us make a difference as we travel around the country talking to anybody who wants to listen – we need your help to make this happen, we need people to help spread the word, find small/large salon venues for Andy to talk and play. Help us strategizing, public relations, places to stay, food, shelter, sponsor, a vehicle, bus and people to come out and meet, listen and help Andy and ourselves to take back the future and help these young people stay out of prison – it’s no place and no way to live.

background from geo geller – i answered a ride share from sf bay area with somebody going east and that is how i met andy dixon. the first part 1 conversation was on our second day together, little did i know it was going to be an amazing ride of a life time from the moment we started in san jose california it was an adventure – andy is an easy going guy as you can see so we talked freely… he is also a self described generational criminal, trucker, singer songwriter who wears a cowboy hat to name a few – from my years of being a wanderer/traveler both on land/mind/body i was pretty much comfortable with anything anybody throws my way but andy took me by surprise not only was he open, intuitive, insighful, trustworth and now a valued friend,  he is somebody i respect and somebody to listen too - from andy’s life he has learned what he needed to teach, to embrace his challenges and embrace resistance – all along the way people where calling him all hours mostly ex-cons looking for help, finding jobs, guidance etc and there was andy a fountain of insights - what you will hear in the conversations OnRoadAgain with andy dixon is more then stories or his friendship with James Earl Ray in prison, prison insights, being a con inside and out, relationships, trust, caring, love,  honesty, integrity and much more – stay tuned for OnRoadAgain conversation with Andy Dixon
